With great sorrow we had to say goodbye to a fantastic dog at the age of 11,5. Almanza Sweet Georgia Brown "Saga" was the first Liver Flat in the kennel and what a first contact with this color. We still remember when she was 8 weeks old and I went to pick her up. Ragnhild knew that we wanted a top dog and she was not sure if Saga was good enough, so I went back without a dog. No brown bitch this time!! But 4 weeks later Ragnhild was in the Phone: "You might not belive me, but I think she will be the star you are looking for". Back to Eskildstuna again to pick her up. Saga's results speak for them self, but she was also a fantastic family, hunting and breeding dog. She has given birth to around 20 champions in her 3 litters and the generations after her is still producing champions with great Flat temper. Many breeders around the world work with Saga's genes in their lines. On top of being a fantastic breeding dog she also had the best Flat temper you would ask for. Always happy and never a day sick.
